Victor Silipa
CEO
Victor leads operations and strategy, bringing a career in procurement and supply chain across manufacturing and defence, where contracts, compliance and supplier performance are non-negotiable. He applies the same discipline to every property Luxe Haven manages.
Chanté Silipa
Director of Property Management
Chanté is a leasing and property management professional with over three years of hands-on real estate experience — leasing, inspections, tenant relations and daily operations. Based in Brisbane, she leads landlord relationships and is the first point of contact for property owners, overseeing the day-to-day standard of every home in the portfolio.
